I presume that science does already and will continue to prove the existence of "god" and/or a creator. I do not presume that science dis-proves the existence of god or a creator, as certain academic circles would have us believe.
Science and nature teaches us about opposites, and we can easily see it everywhere we look. We've all heard of how opposites attract, polarity, and many other opposite antonyms.
The gray is where we humans comes in. We are the result of the coming together of the two great "gods", mother and father, God and Soul, black light and white light (black and white), positive and negative, and many other ways of expressing duality. We are The Child. The third addition making the trinity, like Jesus, the son. For those of us who have any protestant, christian or evangelical upbringing, we can compare it like the above, Father/God/Spirit, Mother/Mary/Soul and Child/Jesus/Christ trinity, but it is hard to just explain away in simple equations. There's not always an equivalent to each character in each of our sagas. Here we can merge this spirituality with science starting with numbers. One could agree that in the beginning there was just 1 (God, Father, Spirit, Aether). This 1 came together with another 1 (Mother, Soul) and became 2, a duality. The duality added or created rather, another 1, forming the 3, or a Trinity, and thus then all other numbers are formed in this way. 1 and 2 (1+1) are spirit forms or the "unseen" so-to-speak. The 3 is the material part of this world we can see with our senses (our human side). With much detail, again, all other numbers follow.
Obviously we are all on a journey to find truth and therefore many of these terms used above, will be interchangeable for what ever reason, language differences, pre-programming, and just different world views, but the essence of the issue here is that most of us all have the same foundational thought and belief in "a greater thing than we" that had a hand in or created all of this material world and finally, what are we doing here then? What is the purpose of all of this?
This page is meant to start DISCUSSION in the mind, into all of these things. I have no desire to "be right"; only to present truth and facts as I find them. As we all know, no two people think alike. We can be similar but most of us see things very differently in all matters and also use the WRONG words to describe such. Not intentionally, but that does happen too when we are challenged! I encourage you to try to learn about language. Where we get our words, how they were created. A basic book on etymology will do to start. Another great resource is a pod cast called Words for Granted if you have limited time, and it will be sure to get you interested! Really read and research the meanings of words and try to think and relay your thoughts and feelings not only truthfully but in new ways.

I shall now describe the path of selfless action. You have a right to perform your natural prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to any fruits of that action. You should neither act with desire to enjoy the fruits of your work, nor, as a result, should you be attached to neglecting your duties. After giving up desire for the fruits of action, situate yourself on the path of devotion. Equally disposed to success and failure, carry out the duties prescribed according to your nature. To remain equipoised in either success or failure of the outcome of action is known as yoga (not the physical exercise; yoga means “the way”). Fruitive action is extremely abominable in comparison to “yoga”, or equilibrium in selfless action. Those who crave the fruits of their actions are misers - they are impoverished, being full of desires. Therefore, take shelter of the intelligence of which selfless action is the aim and objective. A person who is not motivated by desire to enjoy the fruits of his actions rids himself of both good and bad deeds within this very life. Engage, therefore, in the path of selfless action, since such “yoga”, or equilibrium in selfless action, is certainly the art of action. Wise men of steady intelligence liberate themselves from the bondage of birth by renouncing the fruits born of action. Thus, they enter into that state of divine tranquility which is attainable only by the devotees.

The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.
